Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: January 26, 2026
VENE · ECONOMIST offers digital goods and services (intelligence reports, databases, and market analysis) that are considered consumed upon delivery or access. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Given that we offer intangible digital goods for immediate consumption, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where applicable local law requires otherwise.
Upon making a payment and acquiring any of our memberships or individual reports, the user gains immediate access to high-value information that cannot be returned. Therefore, once the charge has been successfully processed, no refunds will be processed for change of mind, lack of account use, or misunderstanding the nature of the product prior to purchase.
2. Renewals and Cancellations
Our subscriptions may renew automatically (depending on the payment method used).
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their User Dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, keeping access active until that date.
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused periods. If you cancel your subscription halfway through your billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days or months, but you will continue to have access to your membership services until the last day of the period you already paid for.
3. Exceptions to this policy
The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or partial refunds in the event of technical service interruptions, exclusively attributable to the Company, that exceed 48 continuous hours and prevent access to purchased analysis.
4. Support Contact
If you have questions about billing, charges, or believe there has been an error in the charge to your card, please contact our support team immediately before initiating a dispute with your bank.
